What I Didn’t Like

2. Naive Strip Club Scene:
A particular scene where Archer is taken to a strip club and is unaware that what he was doing was wrong? Yeah no this felt very unrealistic. While Archer’s isolation explains some naivety, this scene stretched believability.
3. Cringy Sex Scenes:
The sex scenes in the book are somewhat cringy due to the author’s choice of words. Terms like “core” and “length” detract from the intimacy and can pull readers out of the moment. More straightforward language would have worked.
